The 2021–2025 trend compares two federal elections drawn on two different sets of lines — Scarborough Southwest was federal riding 35098 under the 2013 Representation Order and is 35096 under the 2023 one — and it compares election day to election day, never total turnout. Two neighbourhoods (†) were only partly inside the 2021 riding and one was not inside it at all. There is no widening in this data: the spread between neighbourhoods narrowed, and almost all of that narrowing is the one thin edge row.
The reachability matrix is drawn only as far as its source file goes. That file is an inventory of doors that were found, not a survey of doors that were tested: a beige cell means the sweep records no reach for that pairing, and each tooltip says whether the source named it or was silent. Its own stated limits: every Facebook fetch returned an empty body and Reddit is blocked from that environment, so 38 of its 47 registry rows are search-only and group memberships are honestly unknown — and no SSW hashtag volume could be verified, so hashtags are not drawn at all.
