Done
- A verified source corpus of published Indigenous material about Toronto's civic issues, provenance-classed by who published it and in what capacity.
- A first wave of issue overlays — what Indigenous nations, organizations, and knowledge-holders have publicly said about specific city issues — sealed under independent review.
- The Indigenous Shelf: a selected set of Indigenous-authored works, organized by theme.
- The Indigenous services and learning-traditions guide.
- Roughly 150 Indigenous-led and Indigenous-serving organizations mapped into the organization directory.
- The charter this work runs on, adopted.
- A propagated factual correction: the eight Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action the City of Toronto prioritized belong to the 2016 City Manager report (item EX14.1), not to the Reconciliation Action Plan — traced to its primary source, corrected everywhere it had been carried, and kept here as the worked example of the method catching its own error and fixing it in public.

If any community or organization ever wants a seat in this work, the seat is governing, not advisory, and it is already built. That happens on their initiative and their clock, or not at all.
