In brief: 80 platforms across the province — Toronto included, re-scored fresh, and every word-count-gated candidate individually re-read in the 2026-08-11 full-field completion pass — reached the instrument's top band under the v2.1 commitment-gated rules. Every one was independently re-read before any naming; then this page applied its strictest gate — each candidate's platform had to yield a quotable, verbatim forward commitment (a pledged action with a number, mechanism or deadline; hedged "could/might" language and default-of-the-job pledges don't qualify). The 75 above passed all three gates. The rest of the top band stays in the aggregate count, un-named — absence here is not criticism, and a re-read after any update is a message away. Platform links go to each candidate's own site, exactly as published; quotes are verbatim. External links are the candidates' own responsibility.
